Veriloom
Hiring by real work, with an AI interview that catches outsourced submissions.

The problem
A take-home task proves the work exists, not that the candidate did it. Veriloom adds a second gate that outsourced work fails.
What I built
- 01
Organisations post task-based roles, and candidates submit real deliverables.
- 02
Every submission is scored twice: an LLM grades the work, then an AI interview, keyed to the candidate's own submission, tests understanding.
- 03
Both independent scores go to a person, who decides.
- 04
Clerk sign-in and Cloudflare R2 storage, isolated per organisation.
Honest limits
- Built, not yet deployed. No real candidate has been through it, so the second gate is untested on real outsourcing.
